American Lobster

American Lobster in Bath, Pa did not disappoint. Their Alligator taco appetizer will cost you, but where else can you find something like this in the northeast? The gator was fried, had great flavor, and a nice white meat texture. There was a banging Aoli and some fresh Guac to set it off. While I was afraid I wouldn’t be a fan of the flour tortilla, it turned out to be a perfect size both in circumference and thickness, and was nicely warmed. It was an easy online order, something this introvert likes! It was ready when requested and still warm when I arrived. The hostess was super nice and the place itself was someplace I can see going back to eat at. Very clean with an upscale seafood theme, pretty much what you would expect from a place like this.
