In my personal life I am a volunteer firefighter and a member of a search and rescue team in the mountains of Northeast Pennsylvania. I have a love for tacos, appreciation of Mexican cooking, and a deep respect for the place and community I call home. That sense of community and service led me here. A place to bring small businesses and taco lovers together. I’ve eaten hundreds of tacos from Mexico to Maine and have become obsessed with learning and sharing all I can.
I’ve never been one to shy away from doing what others don’t. Reviewing tacos is no different. Don’t like it? Eat my taco. *wink*
